Love this couch! Beautiful and comfortable with good support.I was able to assemble myself without any problems in 15 mins, super easy to assemble but still high quality (the pieces hook in to eachother, no need for screws or anything like that).The first couch I was sent had a little bit of damage so I called the vendor and they were able to replace the couch! Such good customer service, very friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  So when I originally got the sofa, I couldn’t find the arms and I thought they were missing. So the arms where hidden under Velcro under the seat of the chair. The company reached out to me with picture instructions and stated that they are working on revising the instructions. This was the second reply I got. The first reply was condescending and unhelpful, but the second reply was very helpful and provided pictures. I’m still a little annoyed that the pillows came stained but that’s okay. If anyone else out there gets this chair I hope this video helps you. It’s not a bad product and it was truly a misunderstanding and a miscommunication issue due to unclear instructions. If you thought this sofa would fit in your space and like the esthetics of it like I did, feel free to give it a try because it’s actually cute and really easy to put together. I didn’t see in the reviews how hard it was to find the arms so I’m hoping my review helps anyone else that was frustrated and confused like I was. Hope this helps.

Can't say anything bad, well constructed, sturdy, solid, easily assembled, comfortable, no damage despite box being utterly destroyed in transit...AND it arrived 6 days EARLIER than stated! Company displayed VERY good e mail communication and timely responses.

Super easy to assemble, I needed a friend to help me because I'm weak sauce. It came in 4 pieces. The bottom piece opened up at the bottom and the arms legs and pillows were tucked away in there. The hardware is already installed. You just follow the directions and slide the pieces into each other. Off set the pieces and they'll lock into each other. Great for my small space. Cute. A little hard but maybe it needs some breaking in.

This couch is exactly what i was looking for. Something sturdy, and could sit up to 3. Very easy to put together. Comfortable as well, could easily enjoy a nap on it.

The couch is very hard. Not comfortable. Looks good enough, but if you but it, you will be sorry.

The couch is amazing! It’s very sturdy and supports me 5,7 210 pounds. It gets compliments every time people come over.Customer support was amazing it did come with a very small rip and it was noticeable but they had a new piece shipped and delivered by the end of the week! You can’t go wrong if you pick this piece you will love it!!!!!

I wanted to love this couch. Unfortunately mine came damaged, as if it was already in someone else's place. The color is very similar to the photos. The company was great to work with. Sometimes Amazon 3rd party sellers are difficult, but this company was apologetic and very accommodating. I think this item if not damaged could be good for a kids game room where real leather wouldn't be as functional to clean.
