Sent from heaven....
I have never written a review for a product I’ve purchased on Amazon before, but this one warrants one. This product is a MUST HAVE for any knee scooter walker. I broke my ankle and bought a knee scooter walker, on Amazon. It came and it’s great, except I couldn’t really use it. My cast comes up too high on my leg, so I could only perch my knee on the edge of the pad on the scooter. It was very uncomfortable, and I developed a bruise and swelling from using the scooter for only a short time. I read reviews on several pads and decided on this one because of the extra thick foam. It arrived today and has made ALL THE DIFFERENCE! I won’t be wearing pants for awhile, so I don’t mind any shedding from the pad. Several reviews I read talked about users being annoyed by their pads shedding. The comfort this provides me far outweighs any shedding I might have to endure. If you’re going to buy a knee scooter walker, this pad should also be added to your cart.

The Thickiest Foam padding yet found online & most comfortable!
This one is the thickest foam -1-1/2 in. That I’ve seen online and is so very comfortable. I purchased the VIVE brand due to the high reviews but as soon as I tried it, it was terrible. Yes, better than just using the original padding but way too thin, hard and slippery fabric. It only took a few seconds with my knee on pad that it smashed down to original pad. I already had doubt when looking at how thin the memory foam was that it wasn’t going to help much for knee pain/pressure while using the scooter. My knee slid off seat once and foot hit the ground. Good thing it my foot is okay. I love this foam padding way better and that if needed, you could also replace or add more foam to it. Going with thick foam and not memory foam is the way to go. Returning other pad cover! Love this one. Easy to make but not possible right now. But can purchase foam & cover items at Joann’s Craft Store. The Velcro straps make it nice to adjust if want to add more foam down the line. I don’t often take the time to write reviews, but since I’ve already tried out a couple to compare, I am sharing my experience. Memory foam vs Thickiest Foam padding cover. Foam padding wins! No comparison in comfort and versatility due to the fact you can add or replace with even thicker foam in the future if needed. The key is the thicker the foam, more comfort. This 1-1/2 inch is working out great so far.

Comfort!
I just received this today, fits my Kneerover perfectly, it's soft and plush. I can see why some reviewers prefer white or say the pile flattens out, but what would you expect with your whole body weight on this fur?!My knee before this on the bare knee pad is so sore, I expect that to go away once I keep my knee on this plush cover. FYI while you're waiting for this to arrive or any other, use knee pads the type they use for skating or contractors, it will help

Great cover and thick pad.
I was so confused on which of the knee scooter covers to purchase on Amazon. The reviews seemed all over the place. I can't even say exactly made me decide on this one, but I'm glad I did. I've had my scooter for one week. I discovered quickly that I needed a cover/cushion for the kneeling pad. This cover is soft and feels nice again my skin. Totally alleviates any friction between my knee and the pad. It attaches securely with elastic and Velcro straps. The best part is it came with a nice thick (at least 2 inch) foam pad. I'm very happy with this purchase. It will make my recovery from a fractured ankle and foot, requiring surgery, so much easier.

A must have for your scooter!!
If you will be using the scooter for over an hour a day or outside you "will" want this. Without, the scooter pad gets slippery and is not cushioned enough to support weight on the knee for any length of time. This Knee Rest Cover was so comfortable I was able to scoot around the Renaissance Festival for 5 hours and still scoot on into the night. It has two very good velcro straps underneath so it did not slip at all.

Perfect Pad for the KneeRover Deluxe
Fits my KneeRover Deluxe like a glove. Just remove the 4 mounting bolts from the bottom of the knee-rest board and lift it off the scooter; stretch and center the Azoob Cover over it; tighten the two straps underneath it; and bolt the whole thing back into place. On the Azoob Cover I received, the straps ended up covering the 4 bolt holes underneath, so I heated the tip of an old Phillips-head screwdriver on the stove, and melted clean holes right through them for the bolts to pass through. Once it was bolted in place, it was rock solid and will never slip or move out of place. You will need a security torque bit ("6-lobe star bit") to remove and replace the bolts (sorry, but I don't remember the size).

Updated review
This scooter has been a blessing after ankle surgery in December, but I've learned a few things. 1. Maneuvering on carpet isn't easy. 2. The brakes don't work well going down inclines. 3. The brakes can't be locked in place so we use a bungee cord wrapped around the brake and handlebar when immobility needed. 4. A padded seat cover makes use more comfortable. 5. Wear a knee pad if in a cast to make the leg more level on the scooter. 6. The basket is a necessity for carrying items to and fro, particularly since both hands are occupied operating the scooter. This scooter has been crucial by allowing me some independence while recovering. It definitely beats a walker or crutches!

Lifesaver!
Unfortunately, I was recently dealing with a broken foot and needed the aid of a scooter for about 4 weeks. It took one day for me to realize a cushion was going to be a necessity. This thing saved my knee.Word of warning, though, if you use it frequently, the cushion that comes with it will not last. I went to a conference the first week I had it, so I was rolling all over the place with it. I got almost a week of use out of it before the cushion wore thin. I cut up an old memory foam pillow and stuck it under the cover. It worked like a charm.
