Far too expensive
Delicious flavor. No doubt about it. Way too expensive. Just not worth the price.I believe this is not aged like it says on the label. I think it's referred to as "fractional". Only a tiny portion of the bottle is aged for years and years, The rest is just plain vinegar. I could be wrong about this.Far far too expensive.

best sherry vinegar!
I have tried dozens of sherry vinegars which is key to the best spanish gazpacho. This brand is by far the best I have found. I used to buy it from the CIA giftstore and they stopped selling it. How convenient that I can now get it from Amazon! I would highly recommend this product. Try it in any recipe that calls for acid, drizzle on finished soups, etc.
