The sign was sold used.
The sign looked liked it was a used sign it was scraped all around the edges and pre drilled holes were pushed in an all scraped up. It did not look new as i assumed not new at all. Well the same opinion is the same it is not reflective and it looked very old and used . The replacement is a little better product but it still looks used and scratched up and i think that this one is reflective at least a little . And this purchase was a big hassle i must say and do i get a Discount for these signs being in poor condition , please let me know if this will be the case. Thank You
