Great Tent
We bought the 3 person several years ago(still in great shape). We have been very impressed with it. So when this one came in our expectations were very high. Well it is the same great quality as the 3 person only bigger. Easy to set up and disassemble. Goes right back in the bag without struggle. We camp in the mountains and this will keep us warm and dry. If you need a good 4 season tent I would recommend this brand.

Great Tend
Amazing quality, price and design. The materials are waterproof, was tested in heavy rain. Just be careful with zippers, but in general, it is amazing

Defective
DO NOT PURCHASE WAS A NIGHTMARE Not waterproof as advertised. Rain cover failed, water leaked heavily from roof and seams during first use. Tent unusable in rain. Rain cover soaks in water and transfers it to the tent

I like the tent just a few minor flaws. (Will update after real world use.)
So I purchased this tent for my " camp across america" adventure since it was 4 season double wall and large supposed to be 7' x 11' since I was looking to have me, my e-bike, and trailer in the tent at night. I just received the tent today and decided to get familiar with it before actually needing to use it and im glad I did cause I noticed a few things extra that the tent needed. The tent did come with everything in the description 10 stakes and 4 guy lines but however it needs 13 stakes and 6 guy lines. The tent itself needs 4 stakes, the rainfly uses 7 stakes (4 of them are the same stake the tent uses), so far total 7 stakes used and the you got the 4 guy lines it came with but only 3 stakes left. ??? Something doesn't seem right here ??? So I temporarily made one with a stick . (I did all that to stretch the tent out to see/feel the full size.) Once that was done I went to open the vent on the 7' sides I noticed a spot on each side for guy line tie-down and after getting into the tent I see it was needed since the rain fly was touching the tent at the bottom where the ground air vent door is and blocks the air flow, so that means 2 more guy lines and 2 more stakes are needed which would bring it all to 13 stakes and 6 guy lines. Once I was inside of it I laid down to see how much room I had (I knew the dimensions but wanted to see/feel. Once I did that the tent felt smaller like I felt like I should have had more head and foot room so I grab a tape measure. The measurements of 7' x 11' is the measurements from pole to pole on the ground but not the tent floor. The tent floor measurements is 6'8" x 10'8" The build quality as in stitching and material seem good and the tub floor was seam taped but that was it the rest of the seams are not (I have to double check the rain fly since I don't remember checking that). So ill be seam taping all the others seams that are not, as well as making my own guy lines since the guy lines that are supplied are not the greatest. There like shoe laces and thick (5-6mm) and have some elasticity, like a little to much for my liking. The stakes are nice and light and made out of aluminum which are good for backpacking and soft ground but can see them bending easily in rocky soil or if it hits a rock straight on. Other then those few things the tent seems nice like the seams and stitching are even. The aluminum poles are nice and strong. One of my favorite thing is "vestibule" the extra room under the rainfly so you don't have to take you boots in the tent nor leave them outside in the weather and there's also the "porch" for days of light rain but still want air circulation. It even have grommets so you can use poles/sticks or tie it off to a tree (add 2 guy lines there). So in short if you want a pull out of bag and use tent, its not for you. If you don't mind checking it out before hand and add what you need to fully optimize the tent then I would recommend. Will update shortly

Easy set up
We’ve never been camping before, so we tested setting up this 6 person tent in our living room. It’s very simple and only took us about 20 minutes to get it up. Should be faster next time now that we know how it’s done. Kids loved it and spent the day playing in the tent. There are 5 of us (kids age 5-11) and looks like it’s enough space for us to sleep in there. We also put in a sleeping pad and it fit well

First impressions and update
Edit 5.11.23 3rd time using the tent and the grommet for the canopy ripped out on light use during set up and 2 loops for the guy lines are shredding. The floor never was waterproof but the fly did keep all rain out and it is a warm tent during colder temps. I’m calling this one a loss and switching to Core **edit She held up perfectly in an all night constant rain and into the next day. I was dry as a bone with no condensation issues although I do sleep with a small fan. It dries out quickly too. My last camp of the season was temperatures in the low 40’s both nights and I didn’t even put on socks. I hate to be cold while camping and I went prepared with a mr buddy heater that I never even had to run and an electric throw which turns off after 4 hours but I never noticed in the middle of the night. I won’t camp in snow so I can’t attest to that, but this tent surpassed my expectations. This is a first impressions review from setting up in living room and I will update this once I have her out in the wild. First, this was easier to set up than my 2 instant tents. I have an old Coleman with built in rainfly and the kazoo 6 person tent with attachable rainfly for comparison. I have been caught in one too many really big storms and the Coleman can’t handle heavy rainfall. The last time I had the kazoo out in 5 inches of rain fall, it did ok but I struggle getting that set up, water still comes up from underneath and the floor is not waterproof AT ALL. I have a clam quickset with built in rain panels and that thing has saved me every time it rains and the reason I chose this tent was because of the skirt at the bottom of the fly and the high waterproof rating. The skirting on the clam channels all the water away from the inside so I have high hopes this tent will perform well. I am impressed with the quality of the materials, the zippers are good, the vents are good (I have similar on the Coleman and they have held up fine for 10+years). I use foam tent pad squares that interlock together as my footprint and it protects the floor and helps keep it dry and you will want a footprint with this tent. I’m a tiny bit concerned with the plastic buckles that attach the fly- I hope they hold up. I love that this packs up so nice in its bag and is half the size of the instant tents in the bag. I’m not much of a winter camper but do early spring summer and fall in Wisconsin and I can already tell this tent is warmer than my other two. I would like to find a spare tent pole to have with me because I am that person lol. I’m 5 feet tall and 52 years old and generally camp solo or with my daughter. We use twin air mattresses and I think it’s going to be tight. The vestibules are awesome to have. You can store wet shoes etc there and pull up your cooler so you can access food and drink while you are rained in. Super happy with this purchase

Excellent tent for the family!
We love this tent. Best purchase this year. My kids love it too. Its very lightweight. Easy to setup as per my husband. My kids were so excited to see it for the first time. Our very first tent. We can't wait to use it on our next camping trip. It's very roomy also.

weak zipper
WHAT I LIKED: Held up well in a rain storm. comfortable space. DISLIKED: Zipper pull on fly came off after 3rd camping trip making the fly useless against weather as it will not close.

I bought the 6 man tent for a family backpacking trip. It worked well, easy to put up. Does only weight 11 pounds which is good for 6 man tent. It fit 4 adults and two kids just fine. It would be a bit squishy with 6 adults, I would say it would be good for 5 adults at the most.
