THIS IS JUNK!!!!
UPDATE: I’ve been trying to cook on this stove top for a year in my RV. It is horrible. The stove top has become a one burner stove, because the second small burner will not stay lit. But that doesn’t really matter because you can only fit one pan of any size on this poorly design. Great I have almost had hot wheel gush over my hand from a tipping pan. I am so glad I didn’t have to go to the emergency room. There isn’t anything nice I can say about this other than it looks good. Do not buy this if you actually want to cook or you have your personal safety in mine.Flame is difficult to regulate And the metal grate does not work for small pans (they will tip). I have the 2-burner unit and I got it for a remodel of my motorhome kitchen counter. I researched number of choices and settled on this one based on reviews and videos. I had to locate a long micro screw driver to reach the gas adjustment screw located under the burner knobs ( I finally found one at home depot). However the flome adjustment is not very precise, so right now my small burner flares up to a 2 inch yellow frame at ignition which I then have to turn down to low. I have tried to adjust this multiple times. My other complaint is the metal grate. This 4 prong design seems to be somewhat of a standard for these “hobs” but I find that it is very difficult to balance a small skillet or saucepan on them which is a very serious concern for scalditg or burns. I do not recommend this for these 2 reasons.

Great customer service if you have any problems
I bought this cooktop to replace one of a similar size that bit the dust. My criteria were: 1) inexpensive because it's a temporary fix prior to a larger kitchen project, 2) works with propane and 3) more middle of the road high and low (the one I replaced had a small burner that was way too tiny and a large one that would shoot a rocket into space). This one met my needs.I'm a little afraid of working with gas, so I spent $260 on a plumber who could not connect the propane because the threads were not any standard US type, and the flare (one of several adapters that came with the cooktop) was too big to fit my (standard US, I assume) propane connection. We watched the video one of the other reviewers mentioned, but the adapters he said are needed were what the plumber had, and we could not get them to work. I wonder whether there are different versions (US, European, etc.) of this stove. Anyway, I did some reading and discovered that, "If your equipment is originally from China, 9 times out of 10 you’ll need PT threads." (Look up the Trimantec Thread Type Guide. If you're a DIYer, it's a wealth of knowledge you never knew you needed!)The plumber left, defeated and feeling guilty that he had to charge me even though I didn't have a working cooktop, and I reached out to the seller, thinking maybe they'd seen this problem before and could recommend an adapter. At the same time, I went on my own search for an adapter, assuming this stove was likely from China and used PT threads. I could not find a 1/2" female PT to 1/2" male NPT but learned from the thread guide that PT threads are also known as JIS, which are in most cases interchangeable with BSPT (aka "R", one type of British) thread. Is your head spinning yet?!Mine must have been because I somehow decided that a BSPP (aka "G", another type of British) thread-to-NPT adapter would work. In any case, not being an expert (yet) on pipe threads or having a tool that could tell me the pitch, taper, etc., that I was dealing with, I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best.In the meantime the seller got back to me, and we went back and forth a bit. They did not seem to know what type of pipe threads their product used, but they were clearly set on resolving my issue. I sent a link to the adapter I had purchased to give them an idea of what I thought I might need, and the next thing I knew I had a refund for the cost of the adapter from the cooktop seller! I had not expected that to happen, but it sold me on this seller. What customer service!Lucky for me, the adapter did work, and now I have a working cooktop! If you need the adapter, look for the Joywayus 1/2" G Thread Female × 1/2" NPT Thread Male Brass Pipe Fitting Adapter. The appliance itself rates a solid "fine." I don't know if it's a propane thing (my old cooktop did this too), but there seems to be no change in flame level until you get about 2/3 of the way down from high. QC is lacking - the grate is not plumb or square anywhere it needs to be. My pans wobble, and the middle upright is kind of leaned over. Then again, what do you expect for $100? The knobs were not aligned with one another, which didn't seem to affect performance, but if you're the type of person who feels compelled to straighten pictures on someone else's wall, that might make you crazy. (It was a pretty easy fix, but don't be like me and cause a gas leak that you now have to go deal with!)

Unable to convert LPG to Propane
Hi I bought this product in Jan this year and trying to use now. I am unable to convert the setting from LPG to propane and have changed the nozzle on the stove and flipped the small part below the stove as well. Can you please send me some videos or the send me the conversion kit if available. I am ready to pay for the kit again as I am not sure if I missed any part.
