I started taking this product after reading scientific research confirming the benefits of lycopene (a chemical in tomatoes) with regard to heart health. I particularly like the FutureYou brand because their products are always readily bio available (easily absorbed by the body). I have since noticed that this product is cheaper on the company's own website.

i cannot see pills like this working, perhaps one needs to be on them for 3 months or more, i think if someone needs some form of vitamins and minerals you need to get it out of a healthy diet.... ive been on them 2 months....i wont bother again....

At 70p per capsule these are not cheap supplements. I like that there are a few heart-healthy ingredients, including a source of lycopene as the main ingredient. For 7mg of lycopene per capsule, these are quite a bit more expensive than the many other lycopene supplements I have taken over the years. But, the lycopene in this supplement is combined with whey protein to make it more bioavailable than with other supplements. Unfortunately this isn't a supplement that you will feel or notice working, so you do have to trust the science behind lycopene and assume that it does what it is meant to do. Personally I don't think I will purchase more of this product due to this price, but if it were half the cost, I would then stock up and make this my main source of lycopene.
