I bought dr comfort before and the padding was built into it. But just got sole inserts.

I have recieved my Chestnut shoes and really love them. Todate I have still not recieved by black dress shoes. Having contacted you company with the problem that we had not recieve the shoes was assured the shoes were reshipped on the 12th and would be here on the 19th. Well its the 19th and stil no shoes.
