These have changed my life. I used to have chronic allergies and head colds/chest colds. I would catch anything that anyone around me had almost immediately. These were recommended to me at Whole foods and so I gave it a try. It took about a month for them to really work and I haven't been sick since (5 months!) I take one a day--if I feel a cold or sinus infection coming on I take two or three a day and by the next day it's totally gone. We have a 6 year old and started giving her the children's version and she's been cold free since then as well. Nothing short of a miracle!

This product has been a lifesaver to me since I had my son. During my pregnancy, I started taking them for constipation and I have continued and can feel the difference in my digestive system. I never get sick when my daughter brings home a cold from school and have been extremely regular and hardly ever have an upset stomach with things that used to give me discomfort.
