Seems sturdy and durable BUT was tooo heavy for me

Super happy with this Tambourine.

I love this drum. I bought it to use as a Parai. I can't comment on other applications if you plan to really shake it up and beat the crap out of it, but at least for gentle playing it will certainly hold up well. The stock head it comes with looks nice and sounds great even before tightening it up. The chimes are loud and jingely and the actual frame is made of a good thick plastic. There is also a cut out for the thumb. My one criticism is that the nut and bolt design could be stronger. I want to put more tension on the head but I don't want to snap the metal hooks or seats. It was probably make that way to keep the weight down but all in all I would totally recommend this. I do wish it was like 45 dollars CAD max though.
