While I am annoyed that there is an uneven number of grommets, I just measured and I got 40 inches of it so I suppose I shouldn't complain. I wouldn't use the cording/laces long-term, it doesn't seem like it would hold up all that well, but I just need a lacing strip for corset mock-ups so this will be perfect for that. Excited to avoid setting a multitude of grommets in vain.

This is not a grommet tape. It is an EYELET tape. it's fine to use for fashion detailing. I bought a yard to use in a pinch for a boned lining I am making. The tape has some stretch and some of the eyelets aren't finished very well.

This product came with brown smudges on it that would not come out; therefore, I could not even use sections of it. In addition, it does not look like the picture shown. It has much larger grommets that are gold, not silver.
