Now my go-to stock pot for making large batches of bone broths. This replaced my decades old heavy duty aluminum stock pot and not affected by acid foods, like tomatoes. And this is sturdy (and heavy), so it should prove far less prone to dings and dents. Beautiful polished finish. Very nice vented glass lid. On the stove, it’s impressive and gorgeous. Good for heating canning jars, too.

What a beautiful and well made pot! I love that the handles don’t get super hot super easy. It’s a great size and the gold colored accents were a nice touch. It seems to heat evenly and I’m looking forward to using it to make soups and yoghurt.

Just in general, this is a great pot. Sturdy, lovely transparent and vented lid, etched interior markings for quarts and liters, gold tone handles, and a solid bottom for heat distribution. Everything you could want. But!!! The diameter of the pot is *exactly* the size of typical spaghetti so you lay the pasta down in the water first thing. No fiddling around waiting for the noodles to soften at all. And at 8 quarts, you can load it with 4 quarts, toss in a tablespoon of salt and a pound of spaghetti, and there's zero boilover. Stir every three minutes and it'll be perfect, and no mess. I use this pot constantly in just this way. Couldn't be happier with it. Highly, highly recommended.

Great quality, great size, yet, heavy duty pan. It evenly distributes the heat. Excellent value for the cost.

The Ciwete service department is very dependable! The stock pot arrived in excellent condition but the ladle was damaged. I contacted customer service and received an immediate response. The ladle was replaced by Ciwete within a week. The stock pot and ladle are of great quality and will be very useful. I will recommend this brand to my family and friends in the future. Very nice pot but the first time we used it to cook pasta found burn marks on the bottom that don’t come off. Bought it to work on an induction cook top.

Love my new pot! Just finished making my MIL’s authentic Italian chicken broth. Easily held an 11 lb bird yielding more than a dozen healthy cups of broth! Easy to hand wash (my choice) and would easily fit in dishwasher. Only tip is the lid handle stays hot! Tight lid during cooking, yet allowed steam to escape via vent. Low simmered for five hours. House smelled so good!

I ordered and returned 2 pots before this one within 2 -3 weeks. But this one... was love at first sight. Heavy, so heavy... and just as shiny inside and out. It will serve well at an event I'm planning for my family. Besides being heavy, it is truly beautiful. The description was perfect! I love my Ciwete stock pot!

Love my pot. It comes well packaged and no risk of damage. It is made of high quality stainless steel with a heavy base. The lid and handles have a lovely accent colour similar to a dark rose gold colour. I wanted to use it for a few months before writing the review so that I can give a review on how it cooks and cleans. It boils like any other pot but the size accommodates two packages of dry pasta easily, makes chilli beautifully and cleans just as easily, I use a little white vinegar and the pot sparkles. The measurements on the inside make it easy to follow recipes. The ladle that comes with the pot is made with a sturdy handle with a semi-flexible cup. I haven’t used it so can’t say how it holds up. have a gas stove and even though it left a mark from the burner on the base, I would still highly recommend this pot. The price and quality are unbeatable.
