Nice tasting, great value, seems to work.I like these gels because they are such good value and I don't feel guilty every time I take one. They are quite watery compared to some, but not so watery that they spill out once opened.I'm currently marathon training and I have used these throughout my training block. They keep me going when on my longer runs. I wouldn't say they provide an immediate boost, but they help to power on through the longer miles.I also find they are much more gentle on your stomach compared to some brands.

My go-to for on bike sustenance during long rides. Tastes great, goes down a treat, and keeps me in the zone.

I bought these because a friend recommended them. Most taste ok a bit sweet maybe. Didn't really notice the energy but friends have said they worked.

Fantastic value for money

Smooth. At first moving from another brand of gels was hard as the taste was so strong and pure but the more I use these the better they are.

Used these on a recent charity cycle event over 2 days, taste really good and really do pack that extra energy boost you need to complete a few more miles. Well worth giving them a try, great range of flavours and well packed and easy to store as a very convent size for cycling clothing

⭐⭐⭐Decent Energy Boost, But the Apple Flavor Falls ShortHigh5 energy gels do the job when it comes to providing a quick and effective energy boost, but I found the Apple flavor quite disappointing. It has a noticeable chemical aftertaste that detracts from the overall experience and makes it hard to enjoy during a workout.On the other hand, the Orange flavor is fantastic! It’s refreshing, natural-tasting, and much easier to consume on the go. If High5 could improve the Apple flavor to match the quality of the Orange, these gels would be perfect. For now, I’ll be sticking to the Orange ones.
