Make sure this product is exactly what you need. We opened the box and realized it's not going to work for us and returned the monitor with all the parts, just the box had been opened. We only received 2/3 the payment on the refund.

Have Elo monitors at work, for heavy usage, they do not fail. Dont waste time with other brands, these are the real deal.

While I have no problem with the Quality of the ELO Monitor, I have serious concerns about the vendor and description that was provided on Amazon. It was clearly advertised as having a USB-c port that allowed only one cable to provide video, sound and power to the monitor. This was a deciding factor in the purchase. I was shipped an old Rev A version of the monitor that does NOT have the USB-c port. Very disappointing and Amazon says not eligible for return.
