cheaper than paying for soft close during kitchen remodel
easy installation, working great so far on cabinets that we use frequently, about a month so far

Plastic
Ordered 20 items. I should have returned the entire order after struggling with the first installation. Suffered same with next 9 installs. I was under the mistaken impression these units were German manufactured metal. They are plastic and the adjustment mechanism on each is a train wreak. I had previously ordered metal devices at a much higher price point from another vendor which worked perfectly. I should have stayed with same. Alas.

It works ok as long as the damper is screwed ...
It works ok as long as the damper is screwed in tight to its maximum length. If I try to adjust it for less force, it soon unscrews itself and shoots into the back of cabinet somewhere. It needs a method to lock setting in place. I suppose glue might work but I haven't tried it.

Plastic not so great. Broke one in 1/2 when installing. But it works

Just garbage
I got this because I sought on TickTock, what a waste of money! It’s plastic it’s cheap it’s garbage. There’s nothing you can do. Don’t waste your money
