The grill hood is simply placed on the grate of the LotusGrill (G280) with one hand and can now be used for preparing roasts and steaks as well as for cooking, stewing, low temperature cooking or just for keeping warm. The grill hood is easy to handle and easy to clean after use. The button with thermometer can be easily removed for cleaning. The cover is dishwasher safe. The compact grill hood made of stainless steel is also the solution for travelling barbecues.
