These are better than I expected for this price range. Seems like good heavy stainless steel, very sturdy and are in a good size and shape for most cast iron cooking, in average to large sized pans or on the grill. Everything from flipping steaks or burgers to sautéing veggies. Not recommended by the manufacturer for the dishwasher, but I've got unfinished wood cooking utensils I've had for I don't know how long — decades? — and been throwing in the dishwasher all that time, and they still don't seem fazed. I may try to see how these turner actually do in the dishwasher and update my review. Until then, I'm just hand-washing them, as recommended by the maker.

These spatulas are worth every penny. They are superbly made. I feel the steel could be slightly thinner as they are a bit too thick to slide under food without breaking or tearing when turning (like eggs). Still 5 stars!

They are great, however, for cooking meats, such as sausage. But that is a different review.So I went back to the ole drawing board and found these. Boy am I glad I did! These Klaqqed Spatulas are exactly what he wanted.First off , what I didn't know or see in the photos is that the edges of these are beveled. This affords the user to be able to get under slim foods, such as eggs. I can see using them for pancakes as well. I like mine thin and crispy. These are perfect for that.Secondly, I believe they will last a long time. They have heft to them and do not bend.The wood handles are nice to hold, long and stay cool no matter how hot your pan gets.I bought the 3.2x12.2 inches option as they have the length we like also. We have a gas stove so these are great for keeping our hands away from the fire.These spatulas are like they came from a high end cooking store, but at the price of under $20, they are an excellent bargain.I washed them by hand; there wasn't any warping. Since I'm the dishwasher, I don't know how it would affect them to put them in a machine. I would say, follow the instructions here on Amazon.I recommend you get these. The only thing a user may not like is, there isn't any way to hang them. But because of the crook in them, the ends sit above the range top.As in all of my reviews, I will do an update later down the line. But, so far so good.

I thought I’d like the rounded edges but there is no flat area to get a good scrape across the bottom of the cast iron.

I was tired of the cheap plastic spatulas you can get for a dollar that just don't cut it.These are heavy duty. I'm very happy with them!Great for my cast iron cookware, cookie sheets, the grill, and for cutting and serving out of Pyrex.Obviously not for non-stick.
