Very simple charger that works exactly as advertised. It is only 3 amps, so it might take a while to charge depending on the size of your battery. I am using this on a 100 Ah battery, so it takes about 35 hours to go from 0 to 100%. If you need a fast charge, you'll want more amps, but I am in no hurry, so this is a very gentle charging pace that works. It has two LED indicators. One green LED is on when it is plugged in. The other LED is green when the battery is fully charged and red when it is charging. That's it. It is quite small and is easily held in a hand. It does get warm when charging but not hot, though warm enough that you wouldn't want to hold it in your hand and squeeze tightly for too long. Once the battery is fully charged it just waits until the battery voltage falls and then it will bring it back up to 100%. For long term storage of LiFePO4 batteries, the usual recommendation is to store it with about a 40% charge. But I use mine for unexpected power outages, so indeed I want it charged and ready to go because outages are rarely scheduled. I am quite happy with it and see no need to get a larger unit. If I was cycling through batteries daily or more often, indeed this would be too small, but for how I use it, it is just fine. No fan so no noise.

Works great, charges my smaller lithium battery in a few hours. Have owned for over a year now, and used for approximately 25 charging sessions. The indicator lights work as described and indicate if the battery is full or is still charging. If you are looking for one with a percentage of charge read out, this isn't it. In hindsight I would have opted for a percentage read out, probably at more cost, but this one gets the job done.

Just what I needed.My current 10amp red LiFePO charger with a fan (I'm sure you've seen the likes) causes my robot's electronics to freak out with its noisy charging. So far, this charger allows me to use the robot's system's while it's charging. It also has no fan to get gunked up when the robot is outside in nature. It does get warm.

Got this 3A model to replace a different 1A model being used to charge the starter from my aux power for multiple purpose/reasons. Even smaller and more convenient wiring/storage than the one it replaces. Comparing to other reviews it doesnt seem to get too hot. Good purchase so far.

I Bought 2 for 12 v lithium deep cell batteries. They work great and charge really fast. Very happy. I use them for my 2V 12Ah LiFePO4 Batteries that I use for my shrimp lights.
