I can't imagine something being easier to assemble. It took less than 10 minutes...literally. Everything about this compost bin is 5 stars; price, quality/durability, ease of assembly, even the appearance. I judge the durability based on the thickness of the plastic, which is much stronger than I thought it would be. So for me, it's actually better than expected. There is no bottom, which is good because we want worms to have access to the compost. The lid can be locked down tight or just semi-tight, which my wife prefers, so that she can easily open to add compost materials. We absolutely love it! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to others.

I bought one of these compost bins to replace two slightly larger wood-slat bins that had deteriorated after a couple of decades of use. I liked this one so much that I bought a second one. The bin is easy to assemble, although it takes a few minutes to understand how to bend the lid slightly to attach the lid. These are also better than the previous bins in that they retain heat that's generated. The one disadvantage is that they don't naturally get rain water. The lid stays open upright (an advantage for adding to the bin), but readily falls down to cover the bin with a moderate wind or possibly squirrel activity. Instead of rigging up a prop of some sort, I just try to remember to water the pile periodically.

Easy assembly up until it was time to add the lid. I got 2 'hinges' in fairly easily but could not get the last 2. I found that by sliding the lid on the inserted hinges to the left (or right) I could get proper alignment and the last 2 went in easily.

Perfect for my fall and garden spring clean upwell built composter that is easy to assemble. It also can be easily moved if necessary. Finally it comes with straight forward instructions as to how to start composting and how best to compost and what not to compost.

I bought this for my mother as a gift. It really big for it's price. Great look was easy to assemble. For sturdiness, it definitely needs to be place on a level surface like pavement or pavers. It opens with ease but you need something to mix the compost around or vent the compost.

Put together easily, just what I was looking for. Survived the first season and hopefully will survive the winter ahead. I will probably buy another so I can use one and have one working. The compost I got from this season was very nice and my garden thrived. The lid secures to the bin so it is more stable and keeps critters from getting in there. Easy to retrieve mature compost from the slide up door near the bottom of the front of the bin. It did what it was supposed to do.

Come with 6 pieces sturdy plastic parts, just need snap-in and finish assemble in 10 minutes. No bottom. Large capacity. Has a door to take soil easily, has multiple vents and easy open lid

This makes compost easy. I put all my veggies and leaves in here. I will have an organic garden soon. The compost bin is a perfect size for me, not too big and I hope to fill it up quickly.
