A man ahead of his time, Vladmir Janda's teachings compiled into this wonderfully informative book. An incredibly interesting read for an amateur athlete interested in injury prevention.

I bought this for a class but I am learning a lot from it that I am able to use in my own practice.

The book arrived delay from system estimate. If there is any delay, if there is any notice with reason would be better.

I bought this book on the recommendation of a colleague who works in rehabilitation medicine. The book was very well written and provided evidence for the premises they put forth. It gives insight into the evaluation and treatment approaches of orthopedic conditions according to Janda and how this treatment approach has evolved over time. There are good illustrations and useful tests and measures to aid in the treatment of persons with orthopedic conditions. A very good resource for health care professionals.

brilliant. easy to understand if you have basic anatomy and physiology knowledge. its a go to and read again book.

I am a patient and purchased this book after listening to my new therapist talk about Janda. I have been through approx. 15 therapists and 8 surgeons and this book has given me the techniques to finally make improvements to my chronic muscle issues (PIR) . Why do UK therapists only treat the point of pain!!
