This is really nice sauna gear, it’s not stiff and yes, you sweat in them when you workout. These shorts are also relatively I wore them to work and they look like a pair of running shorts with a liner. They do run a tad small but it depends on your body type and shape as well I’m sure.

I’m 5”10 and 187lbs and size large fit great. Super comfortable and easy to put on and take off. The material feels great and it is super absorbent. You will sweat a lot. I paired this with the thermo shirt and I sweated more than I ever have with any other suit. One plus about the fabric is that it will absorb all the sweat so you won’t be walking around dripping in sweat. Overall I highly recommend these shorts to anyone who is looking to shed water weight.

Make sure you go up 2 sizes, these are very small but work very, very well

I was a professional fighter for 13 years and making weight is a big part of the game. I rarely right reviews, but this is something really brilliant! Get 1 size up, I’m 34, got 36, it’s perfect!
