Love it really nice sturdy

Strong and stable
I got the two baguette option. I thought it would be flimsy after reading some reviews but it's almost industrial, looks and feels strong and heavy. I've read that cleaning can be an issue due to the air holes in the bottom but just sprinkle flour on the tray before adding the dough, no issues at all.

Credo siano le uniche dichiarate in alluminio e non in acciaio. Non si piegano anche se le metti subito sotto l'acqua fredda e non si scrostano se le lavi con uno straccio spugna. Ho ripreso a fare le baguette che vengono ottime. Ungo leggermente di olio la teglia prima di posare il pane. Più care delle altre ma ora capisco il perché
