It is great works and it will last a long time.

the inhaler could be slightly thinner, it's too big for my nasals. The aroma or essence of the oil won't last too long, it loses its strength too quickly whereas advertisements say it lasts long. Not very happy with the product.

Seems expensive this at just under £15 at time of review but you get the aluminium nasal inhaler and a bottle of essential oil that can last upto a year.The smell is nice and I have to admit, I've been using this all day lol.Even when I wake through the night I have a quick sniff before going back to sleep.I'm not sure if it boosts energy or mood but the oils are supposed to, based on aromatherapy.I love the engineered aluminum inhaler and its about the size of a vicks inhaler.The smell is best described as lemony with herbs.The inhaler is easy to top up with oil simply unscrewing the base cap and then putting about 20 drops of oil onto the wick, and the box contains a cardboard tweezer and cutout to lay the wick on for easy adding of the oil.The box actually looks very good too and would make a great gift.The oil is a blend of peppermint, lemon, rosemary, frankincense and cedarwood with no additives or preservatives.It's recommended to top up the wick every month or as required and judging by the way I've been using it I'll probably have to top it up every couple of weeks lol.Does it boost my mood? I do feel slightly better after sniffing it but not sure if this is just a placebo effect tbh.Ultimately I like the smell and it helps to feel like my nasal passages are clean and fresh.Not sure how it might help when I get a cold but when I do, I'll update this review if I find that it helps with clearer breathing.Great gift idea which is different although a tad pricey.This arrives with a best before date sticker on the box of nearly 2 years so plenty of time to use this up.Refills are available and I see no reason why this can't accommodate any other brand of essential oil that is suitable for nasal inhalation.

I didn't like the smell between Peppermint, Rosemary, Lemon, Frankincense, Cedarwood, either pick one or the other, should have just been lemon and peppermint or lemon and cedarwood I think the frankincense and rosmary are the two I don't really fancy.Was easy to use just take the cotton swipe out. and drizzle 10-20 drops on and all over it, then put it back and screw it tight in, I wouldn't put it directly in the nose I only needed to use it outside and just smell. Typically useful for travel or public toilets where odour can reek. Just this flavour smell with all of the above combined is not for me, plus you only get 5ml.They state how it works--Your sense of smell is unique. Repeat as desired on both sides.Sorry this didn't work for me, but smelling it from a distance was better and was just 3 stars for me just decent for what it is. I can make my own smell if I dilute essential oil with a carrier oil and drop it on the wool instead of what came in the pack which I didn't like.I make my own batch with 10 drops of essential oil with 100ml of carrier oil and put in bottle shake then put 10-20 drops onto the cotton swab inside this product. if 5ml lasts 1 year+ making your own can make it last 20+ years or so with 100ml. Just startpage.com carrier oils and buy one save you money in the long run.This product dropper comes out too quick I spilt some on the box, so be careful how you use the dropper.

Really wanted this to work but does absolutely nothing, smells fine but is just that.. a smell. Does absolutely nothing for focus (have tried this in the gym and at my work place which is quite demanding and requires constant focus) with no effect. Even though the smell is quite nice it does leave you with a strange aftertaste in the back of your throat also.
