Q: Do these earbuds stay in when you're running or do they fall out?

Very secure, suitable for exercise etc

Q: I'm thinking to get these to use them at the gym - are they quite stable in the ear? Or would fall off easily doing e.g. cardio? Thanks

I use these in the gym all the time, they fit very well and I've had no issues with them working loose. I'm male with an "average" size head I'd say. Good quality sound, I'm really pleased with these. Hope this helps
