This review is for the SPORT READY Recovery Gel – Supports Recovery After Training, with Arnica and Comfrey extracts, Non-staining Formula 100 ml£11.99 at the time of review.It is easy to apply, is absorbed fast and dries quickly with leaving a tacky residue unlike some other gels. It has a pleasant lemony type of smell with faint menthol overtones.It works at relieving muscle stiffness and soreness after exercising and is almost as good as the more common anti-inflammatory gels that I have used in the past. The advantage of this gel is that this uses natural ingredients and so is less likely to cause problems. That said, if you develop any rashes or burning after applying it, you should stop using it right away,The packaging is good and the nozzle has a wide opening which helps in applying the gel and my fingers didn’t feel sticky afterwards.I’m happy with it so will give 4 stars to this recovery gel and am happy to recommend it.UPDATE Jan 27, 2022: I developed a golfer’s elbow (not paying golf either) and it hurt when moving my elbow in certain directions. I tried ibuprofen and diclofenac gels without any relief, then I tried this gel and WOW, almost instant relief. A few days later, my elbow was much more mobile and shortly after, it was almost back to normal. Fantastic. It may not work for everyone, but it is a clear upgrade to 5 stars for me.

Yo compré un bote hace poco y me ha durado semana y media. El bote viene casi vacío no lleva los 100 ml es imposible. No lo recomiendo

I have back pain issues a present and thought this gel maybe suitable for use after my sessions with a chiropractor. An Amazon review is required within 30 days of receiving the item. My sessions are twice a month and thus, I cannot honestly say if the gel helps because I use a pain ease lotion on a daily basis. Sorry that this review isn't very helpful.The gel looks like, and smells similar to ibuprofen gels. My photos show the ingredients.
