I really like how this item performed on my laminate and ceramic floors. Unlike another item I tried this one did not leave the floor too wet and left no streaks. It is easy to put together, is attractive, and has plenty of attachments. It heats up in less than 30 seconds.However, I returned it because to turn it on and off you only have the choice to plug or unplug it. There is no power button. This seems like some type of hazard to me. Also, the cord is far too short and the user would have to continuously move it to another wall outlet, depending on the room size. It takes about a cup of water. I was only testing it and put in 1/2 cup that did not last very long. Lastly, it will not stand on its own. For an item that performed well the manufacturer should address these simple things.I returned the original product and the seller sent me a newer one. I like It! It has indicator lights and buttons on the handle which are simple to use to control the steam output. For me, it is the next bestep thing to a power button. I filled up the water tank, with distilled water, and cleaned an 7 x 9 foot rug. The unit did not even use half of the tank of water. The new unit also seems to have a longer power cord. I changed my rating to 4 stars. If it had a power button it would be five stars.

I was struggling to clean my house and I get this Schenely steam mop this is the best product I have ever get for my daily work. Schenley Steam mops is a must have in a lovely home . No chemicals needed. It needs only water and you cannot imagine the cleaning power . It’s so good product that I have ever spent .Before I bye different expensive mops but this is so value of money.It’s a steam mop so it helps to Control my house from bad smell , it’s so easy to use , so light weight and fast heat so that we can save time . Not only floor we can use for kids art in wall also its length is so enough .So I highly recommend for this product it’s really make my life easy .Thank you

After using this product for a few months I do feel it’s a bit exaggerated with its “powers” to get every small crevice spotless but it is a great product to have to pre-clean a space using the steam to loosen hardened stains. It is a very good product for window sills and light sanitation though but was a bit of an investment piece for me. The use is good and attachments work well but I do have to refill a couple times.

Purchased a little over two years ago in Feb 2023 based on customer reviews. I’ve used it probably two dozen times on floors and several times on the sliding glass door (erasing dog art🤣). All the attachments work great. It really cleans well. About a month ago, after I plugged it in it over pressurized due to me leaving it standing for a few minutes on the mop pad, steam on high with no pressure relief (don’t do that with any steam mop). It popped a seal and began leaking water. I contacted the manufacturer via email. They were very accommodating (it took a few attempts to clarify the issue)but were happy to send me an entire new unit. Customer service is good. I would highly recommend this mop at this price point.

This steam mop works as advertised. There is one small issue when connecting the pole to the steam head. Once you push the rod in you need to push on the small end of the hot pink "triangle" for it to click into place! To turn off the steam you can long press the steam control button (the button you push to select how much steam) When putting the pink pad on the bottom of the steamer I realized the little round area should go towards the front of the steamer. By doing this when you push the mop against the wall it can actually clean the wall in that area also!

Excellent value for money! The steam output and cleaning power are amazing for small surfaces. This gets the job done with a high heat level however, my only complaint is that it does not do the steam mopping as well as it does the steam cleaning with all other attachments. I think for the price this is a great product and an inexpensive way to test out steam cleaning if you're not ready to spend a lot of money on the more expensive product.
