I've used this for about a week so far on my galaxy s5 with the spigen neo hybrid case. It fits great in the vents. One of the issues with my previous phone holder was that it rattles while driving. The prongs have a very snug fit in the vents so there is no rattling. The adjustable pivot point is great to get the perfect viewing angle. The magnetic attachment seems fairly strong and I'm not worried that the phone will disengage over rough bumpy roads. There were no problems finding a placement for the metal plate. I just placed it between the phone and the case. I like the product so far and hope it will continue to serve me well when i will be using this mainly for my new galaxy s8 once my case arrives.

I'm writing a better review because this product deserves one. As it states it does not work well with the otterbox or maybe the roads in Atlanta are just that bad. The vent holder works great leaves no marks on my vent. The price point is on point. I would recommend this product to my friends and family that don't use the otterbox.

I have no complaints about this magnetic holder, it works fine, but I would like a little more color choice. But overall the product is good, I give five stars.
