Recieved a used product
First of all the product arrived late and after opening the package the product was a old rusted one that too without any invoice and label.

Item Stopped working in a month of purchase.
Wasted 2k on this item. There is no contact details to even claim the warranty of this product. Device stopped working within a month. Daily usage was 1-2 hours only.

Defect in Design, wastage of money
Current line is on one side and both tubes are on other side. I have same product from other company with current area placed between 2 bltubes which traps mosquitos rapidly. This product is scrap.

Not working and I got second hand product
The media could not be loaded.
