I love this blend use it to keep my blood sugar level. Best part about this. You don’t have to use any sort of sweetener at least I don’t so it’s working great.

Did not do what their commercial said it supposed to do. It raised my blood pressure to the roof and I didn’t put me to sleep like it’s supposed to do.

Well, this tea is good. It has an extremely mild flavor. If your looking to spice up your daily water without huge flavor, calories, or sugar, this is great. 1 tea bag usually get me 2 cups of hot tea or about 20 oz of cold water in my water bottle. I did get this because I was hoping the ingredients would be a natural help with high blood pressure, but alas it does not. But if you are looking for a mild tea for a daily warm pick me or zushing up your water, this is great. I usually drink 6-8 cups of H20 daily and with the tea bags Im at 9 or10 cups. I have reordered 3x now. Oh and there is no caffeine. I'm very sensitive to it and I never feel jittery when drinking this.

I bought this to use for my fatty liver, but there are no English instructions provided. The packaging has foreign Asian writing. I tried it and it caused excessive sleepiness.

No tiene olor y el sabor es un poquito dulce y entre un sorbo y otro mas te gusta.

My breathing is different. I don't know if that's good or bad, I just notice I'm taking bigger breaths. I hope that means its doing something.

Used it for few days and Realized that it helped in Bloating problem if taken after meal .I bought it after watching a Tiktok video showing the benefit of Chrysanthemum Cassia Seed Tea .

Unhappy with this product my expectation is not like this, taste aweful. Wanted to return.
