It is not always easy to easy a healthy option on the go. This chicken is easy to eat out of the pouch with no draining of the usual liquid from canned chicken. I found it to be flakier and less slimy feeling than the chicken in a can.

I like it because it is quick and easy to add to any meal. Sometimes I put it in a sandwich and sometimes I put it on a salad. It is consistently good and very healthy.
