I have had this about a week and it has so many more features than my old SnapOn did. It works great is fast and I'm still learning all the features.

stoped scanning after 6 month. you can't contact with seller.mnow the product is unavailable. no any costumer services respond.dont waste your time money and nerves.

Understanding that this is NOT purchased from Launch USA but rater the Chinese company. Used unit for about 18 months and the VCI Bluetooth stopped connecting, but still power cycles. Reached out to Launch (via Amazon) for resolution and am awaiting their response on how to remedy. Will update once resolved. Unit does work good and gets access to most modules on late model vehicles. Overall was happy until recent issue

The X431 pro5 is a good scan tool for automotive tech. I have been using it for 2 months now for daily use, it helps me a lot for my diagnostic. The feedback is to slow when it connected to the mercedes but so far so good. I recommended it to all my workers, and they like it too. There customer service and technical support are very good and helpful.

The easy of use and setup was great, but fell short on the features and capability. Only a third of the features work. Tech support and customer service also fell short to deliver any real solution on the problems. I send them screen shot and screen recording only to be told contact my sales rep.

look up my youtube for full review im under Alvaro Nino, so first let me start, connecting and setting up is easy, what i found was if its to good to be true then ... well you know the rest, for starters i tried about 4 cars, not much luck with the bi directional functions, I have tried other scan tools per say the a30m and that had way more functions that are accessible, like turning on light, blasting the horn, actuating a vgt, turning on fuel pumps and many more options, this tool was super limited. most of the options did not function as they should, i think this global model is more for the Europe and asians cars, it didn't work out the way i expected, 50 functions were more like 6 for an impala, a transit van and an e350..... i dont wanna sit here and say its worthless because it is not, but for $1800 et an autel or a D9pro, wouldn't and could not justify keeping, pretty disappointed. did inquire on doing a review on line guess this is why they said no. Oh and I sent it back never got paid for shipping it back
