Sturdy aluminum Male to Male Threaded Tripod Screw Adapters. Wanted something better than the normal plastic ones and this fit the bill. For the price totally worth it.

Overall, the item does what it needs to do. The dimensions are true. However, the grips, where you screw and unscrew attachments, are not always adequate for your fingers. There have been times where I needed to get pliers to start the loosening of the screw from some port. I have camera gear and tripods so this type of attachment is very common, but I’ve never had to use pliers before. It’s a minor inconvenience.

Perfect fit (1/4" camera tripod mount) and easy to grasp.

These are used to attach grip arm pins to cheese plates. They tighten down securely with the included allen wrench and the hole in them makes it easy to remove them.

Maybe it's my ignorance, but do not, I repeat do not tighten unless you have a multi tool or pliers. You will definite not be able to loosen with bare fingers! Other than that, fitting adapter with no issues.

I bought these and they bent on my light but perhaps it was due to the weight. I think it’s great for smaller lights not for anything larger or high value.
