32oz Mustard Powder Chinese Hot (2 Pounds Total)

This is AWESOME mustard. Forget the paltry 3-oz packages or the tiny sealed fast-food packs and get the big quantities. I bought one of these for my favorite Chinese restaurant, now 75 miles from my home.After eating Chinese food for more than 50 years, it is good to have a product that tops all others on the market. You heard right, I dropped off TWO POUNDS at my favorite restaurant so I could continue enjoying the flavor of great food for the past half century. I should live so much longer.This mustard is very hot (spicy).

Unfortunately this is not the Chinese Hot mustard I was looking for. It has little or NO heat so won't work for my project.

Same mustard they have in Chinese restaurants. A little more affordable than Coleman's.

Ordered this Chinese mustard powder to make my own fresh hot mustard for eggrolls when needed. Just mix with cold water to the desired consistency and let it sit for about 10-15 min to reach it's full flavor and potency.This mustard arrived in a plastic bag as pictured and is definitely hot as would be expected. The Bad: in addition to the normal Chinese hot mustard taste, it has a slightly odd flavor mixed in as well. I'm not sure what it is or why it occurs, but it's not a flavor I've ever tasted in Chinese mustard before - and I'm not a fan. Perhaps I just got a bad batch, but two pounds of bad mustard is a lot of bad mustard.
