I use this for my full face mask connection LP.
The locking feature is a must, i find turning the collar little difficult w dry gloves on. At close to half price of omni swivel, i feel lile this feels better quality. Omni is little lighter and smaller. But mine lasted 2 years before it started to leak and by the end it was wasting alot of air. I tried to replace o rings but seems to use rare size o rings... anyways ive switched over and so far enjoy using this quick release more. Definetly easier to connect w air pressure already on than omni.

Works great!
Purchased for swapping between my 2nd stage reg and my FF mask without having to remove the hose with a wrench. Locking collar is a great idea to prevent accidental disconnects. Had to purchase 2nd male fitting, but worth the cost.

first impression
seals are good quality but would have like to see thicker thread walls on the male fitting, the aluminum feels weak. The female fitting is of good build and I like the threaded lock mechanism. SS fittings by xs scuba would be a more robust option for the price.

Perfect for my Ocean Reef FFM
I have attached this to my Ocean Reef FFM and LP hose. works perfect and makes the mask much more easily friendly. I highly recommend for anyone who may regularly switch between regulators like I do. The pieces are very high quality, very easy to install and know how to use. They will last a long time if you take care of them and rinse them good after each dive.
