I have been taking these for just over a year. Just had my blood test results and my cholesterol is now at an acceptable level 5.6 down to 5 😊 I haven't really made other changes so I will definitely continue taking these. Well worth a try

Easy to take, I take one in the morning and one in the evening, still waiting to see if they will lower my cholesterol, will give it a few weeks, so far so good, no adverse reactions

Bloods showed these brought my cholesterol down, so top marks for the ingredients. Not 5 star though as some capsules were cracked, bad luck or cheapo quality control? Who knows 🤷‍♂️

One a day is great as my last plant sterols were two a day. Take them to avoid further medication to reduce cholesterol.

Well priced when the description clearly states...and I quote... "𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝟯-𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆: The pack contains top-quality 90 capsules. One 800mg capsule a day keeps your heart healthy for three months and provides necessary nutrition to your body." But the bag says to take 2-3 capsules a day so it's a little confusing at best and a little misleading at most. Guess I'll go with 2 a day but that's only a 45 day supply when I thought I was buying 90.

I bought these because a previous reviewer said they are not horse sized and easy to swallow. Well I strongly disagree. Please look at my photo of the size on a regular teaspoon. I got them on automatic repurchase as I plan to use them for the next 3 months and get monthly blood tests as well to monitor if it stabilises or helps with lowering my cholesterol. As I cannot use them as they are I mix them into my muesli. They are nearly tasteless. Dont try to take them in the pure powder form on a spoon unless you want to turn your mouth chalky. I mix mine with a little bit of warm water or milk and take it like that. Then wash it down with a tea or coffee. I really wish they make them a lot smaller. I don’t know why they put all those fillers in, they are not needed.
