The product itself is great, but Amazon ships the three pack in a store display box that is not meant to keep them segregated and insulated from each other or other products in transit. In my case they threw it in a large Subscribe and Save order with a bunch of other items, so between the bottles banging on each other inside their own manufacturer packaging, and the thin box getting dinged by other items in the larger Amazon box, 2 out of 3 bottles were very banged up and there's no way to pop the dents out from the inside, nor work them smooth on the outside. They're meant to be permanent, pretty, eco-friendly replacements for plastic bottles so unsightly dents undermine their purpose.

Solid! Love the smell and quality of these.

I was weary to order these due to other customer comments on the scent. I didn't find the scent offensive at all and would definitely give them a try.

These bottles are beautiful and a nice accent to any bathroom.The bottles arrive in one of two ways. In the first, they are just nested against each other and wrapped up. The problem with this is that they have a tendency to arrive dented along the flared top edge. Check carefully to make sure you don't get damaged bottles. The second is the best because each individual bottle is nested separately.

The quality and smell of this hand soap goes way beyond the price.Smells amazing, just a pump does more than enough and the bottle looks great by the sink.

Unfortunately, I did not see the reviews about the dents until after I received this shipment today.There is NO WAY these were damaged in shipping, and it’s sad but it seems they are being PACKED and shipped ALREADY DENTED!The inner AND outer packing boxes were not damaged and it’s IMPOSSIBLE for the bottle pictured on the right (with the biggest dent) to have that much damage internally. This seems like intentional selling of sun-par merchandise so buyers beware. It’s seems the luck of the draw whether or not you get containers that are in perfect condition. This is especially sad because the majority of people purchasing this item are doing so because of the look of the bottle- and wanting to have it on display.And then- for some like myself- I have to weigh the worth of going through the trouble to return- when what METHOD SHOULD DO is send new sets to everyone who receives dented bottles. Disappointing.

This soap smells fantastic and I love the metal gray bottles which blend in with my house colors so well. It leaves hands feeling clean and is not drying

The scent of soap is very light, smells good , bottles are refillable.

The soap smells cheap, like axe gym soap which is surprising for this brand as I liked their previous soaps before the rebrand.All 3 metal bottles arrived dented but the shipping box was fine.Overall disappointed with the quality of the product and experience of method. Avoid and buy from the many other brands with better smelling lavendar soap.
