Tray instructions: bring 8 oz. Once done wash your mouth with cool water. Do not swallow any of the gel. Repeat for up to 10 days.

USED Product!!
My teeth whitening kit came USED! Someone had boiled the waxy material and had created a mold of their teeth. It looks like they didn't do a good job, and probably didn't realize that they could reboil the wax, and shape it again to their teeth. My guess is that the customer returned the product to the seller, and the seller didn't know the product had already been morphed the customer's teeth. Bleh.

Chemicals burned top of mouth
Followed instructions and read reviews by others but still had a lot of stinging pain when using this. It felt like chemicals were burning my gums, and the roof of my mouth is now burned and peeling. I think it's because using the trays causes your mouth to salivate, and then the gel spreads by your saliva. It didn't cause any sensitivity to my teeth, however, but I won't be able to see the results as I don't feel comfortable using it a second time.

This product really works!!! Not to sound like a cheesy, generic ad but it really works. By the second use I saw a difference in the shade on my teeth. I know if I could do it everyday, (can't because of sensitivity) I'd be walking around smiling at strangers like some type of creep AND you know what else is great... how personally involved the company was with me (a 53 year old cat lady) and my satisfaction with their product and their company. I'll definitely be ordering this again when I run out. 2 thumbs up

Bought as a gift for my girlfriend. It successfully whitened her teeth. She said that the process caused sensitivity. And she's waiting for the courage to try again. She said it burns, and the size of the light is a little inconvenient to hold your mouth open.

2 weeks and my teeth have not changed
I've been using this product daily since I bought it. It's been almost 2 weeks now and here are the pitiful results. The box and instructions (both full of spelling errors) say "five shades lighter in five days" well, would you call this at all 5 shades lighter? Top is before, bottom is after almost 2 weeks. Don't waste your money on this, I'll be seeking a refund.

MAGIC BLEACH!!!
This kit is nice. Easy to work with too. It has instructions and the bleaching gel is super strong!!! I have to be very careful not to let it get near my gums cuz it'll burn them. It says to keep on for up to 30 minutes but i can only keep it on for 10 minutes at a time!! Thats fine though because its turning my teeth bright white!!! They should call this stuff MAGIC!!!!
