I have been using cosmix protein for months now... The quality of their products and the formulation is excellent... As someone who works overtime and has a stressful lifestyle... This helps me calm down when I really need the rest... Mind you this is not something like melatonin gummies or something that will put u to sleep. This is just as good as butterfly pea flower tea... It actually made me feel relaxed. My mind was calm after the first drink only. But soon it felt like I am losing my focus and not able to work. I couldn’t go gym or do my screen work. My head started feeling heavy. I decided to take a nap but I started feeling jitters and palpitations. I still managed to sleep but woke up with extremely bad nightmares. It would have been great for me if it only worked on stress levels without causing numbness and jitters for me.

I was excited about this product right when I ordered it. I loved the packaging and colour of this product. Beautiful vanilla flavour and fragrance. It’s not too much, just the right amount. There’s no added sugar. Just the colour and taste brought be bliss ;)
