Stress and anxiety has been something thats been affecting my sleep quality for a while. I have been using cosmix protein for months now... The quality of their products and the formulation is excellent... As someone who works overtime and has a stressful lifestyle... This helps me calm down when I really need the rest... Mind you this is not something like melatonin gummies or something that will put u to sleep. This is just as good as butterfly pea flower tea... But suitable to all body types ... As Im from an yoga guru family our habits has always been good... Hence these formulations works the best and shows its best results as body is out of unnecessary toxins and no bad lifestyle. My only problem is stress cause of my work and it works it's fullest to me for the 1/4th tsp dosage that is mentioned... Worth every penny spent... Clean products.. smells awesome... Must try... I ordered ‘Bring me Bliss’, it is for bringing calmness and releasing the stress. After a long day of work, drinking a glass of this is all the de-stressing you need. This is my third purchase and it has worked wonders! Must try if you wanna see a healthy and good change in your body!

It actually made me feel relaxed. My mind was calm after the first drink only. But soon it felt like I am losing my focus and not able to work. I couldn’t go gym or do my screen work. My head started feeling heavy. I decided to take a nap but I started feeling jitters and palpitations. I still managed to sleep but woke up with extremely bad nightmares. It would have been great for me if it only worked on stress levels without causing numbness and jitters for me.
