I wasn’t sure the rhubarb would make it at first — it arrived looking very dehydrated, and I was concerned it might not survive. But I was wrong! A little bit more than a week later, I noticed a small healthy leaf sprouting, and now it’s clearly on the path to recovery. This plant is impressively resilient. The seller was also wonderful to communicate with — kind, fair, and clearly dedicated to both their plants and their customers. I truly appreciate the great service and the strong, healthy rhubarb. Crown came in perfect shape, it grew great in the spring but VA heat killed it. Absolutely not the fault of seller plant was healthy, need a shady area were I live to be successful.

Two plants grew nicely during the first year. The tops have died off because of the cold weather and I am waiting till next spring for the plants to come up again.

We got these for my mother for Mother’s Day and she was so happy! She has them planted in her raised garden and they are looking phenomenal. Came with two plants, and with some instructions. They also arrived very healthy. You can see in the photo I’ve added that they grew fairly quickly. They were only a few inches tall when they arrived.

So, the crown was just beautiful when I received it; a tiny lil bud about the size of the tip of my thumb on it. I planted it, and in about three weeks, I have about a foot of growth and 4 stalks! It’s important to note that this particular species is NOT going to be the beautiful red shown in the picture—maybe a little blush as it gets older, but for the most part, it will be green. Impatient for the next two years to pass so I can harvest lol Good luck!

Crown arrived sooner than expected and was very large and healthy! I soaked it overnight and planted her the next morning. It's been 5 days and already showing signs of growth. I am very pleased and would definitely purchase again!
