Arrived in good time, nicely finished, used it for quite some time now and it’s all intact.

I spend a lot of time in bed through illness. Unfortunately with that I have developed GORD (reflux). I have every kind of pillow you can imagine for my various ailments!I've got memory foam, memory foam that you can adjust the height by removing the memory foam bits inside, I've got buckwheat, goose down, feather down, rest easy etc etc. I got fed up piling these pillows up to sit up in bed and was constantly sliding down.I have to sleep on a low firm memory foam pillow for chronic lower back pain.Thought I'd look for something that might go under mattress to raise it slight but was still using various pillows. Got this!!!!!!! Have been using it since the minute it arrived and it is absolute bliss. No reflux...even though I thought its wedge wasn't big enough. There's a neck roll with it....perfect...sitting up in bed not a problem! I'm going to buy another one to have as a spare. Try it...you won't regret it.

I have used this both as a support to read and to raise my pillow to sleep and the folding design is excellent and I found the pillow comfortable I am quite short so the head support hasn't worked for me so far, but I think the pillow is well made and as described. One thing to observe is that the packaging does not give any idea of what is inside and indeed I thought I had been sent a rug by mistake. The pillow is vacuum packed and rolled and put in a narrow box and for anyone reading this review who may think of purchasing this as a gift would probably want to check the contents first, but once out of the box it won.t go back so beware.

Perfect pillow to rest whist watching movies, or lying in bed with the feet up. Love that has multiple positions.

Great support for sitting up in bed. if you sleep on your side then you either have to slide all the way down the wedge so just your head is supported, or swap it for normal pillows before sleeping. The shallowest angle is a bit extreme for comfort. I wake with backache if I try to sleep on this in any position other than flat on my back. However if I am flat on my back it really helps with acid reflux. I feel that if the shallow angle could be cut in half again ( another leaf ) then it would be better. Lastly, I am not entirely certain that this is memory foam. It doesn't feel quite so soft and contour forming as memory foam. That said I don't want to return it. I use it a lot when sitting up in bed and watching tv.

I have reflux and I can't find words to describe the relief of the build-up of mucus in my sinusitis while I sleep. After 35 years of my life, I wake up rested and recovered rather than sick and tired. What a miracle! It has couple of different 'modes', the pillow is optional and sort of adjustable (it's attached loosely so can be moved slightly for better fit, and the foam used as well as the cover fabric seem all very good quality. Worth every pound I spent on it.

This is a great product. Well made and very comfortable a good back rest and it can be useful in various positions.
