Works great!

We already have the C3-230 version (with the touch screen remote), and to be honest, the C3-420 is every bit as good, for a much lower price. The additional features of the C3-420 really don't seem worth the cost. The C3-230 works great, the controls are simple, and I actually find it does a slightly better job (higher water flow / pressure, or so it seems). The C3-230 is a little smaller, but otherwise it's great.

I am glad I purchased this Bidet. Customer service is great. Bidet is cumbersome to remove, clean then replace. The water line to the Bidet is inflexible and hard.

This seat is easy to install and works so well. We have used 1/2 the toilet paper and feel cleaner than ever. I recommend it for anyone looking to save money and increase their health by being clean.

Installation was fairly easy. I'd recommend for any new owners of this bidet to make sure to use the rubber pads in the packaging, even if you don't think you'll need them. Without them, the seat slides around a lot, even with constantly re-tightening the mounting nuts. I think that for the quality, it has a relatively low value for the money. It detaches easily which makes it easy to clean. Upon initial installation to a brand new compatible Kohler toilet, there was some leakage that was fixed with some plumbing tape. Water temperature settings are: cold, lukewarm, and almost uncomfortably hot. For the price, I would've liked to see some greater functionality like a moving wand or greater positioning.
