This is very small I can’t even use it in my knee this is for a little kid

I think the ice pack is not large enough. For my purposes, I needed the ice pack to cover a larger area on my elbow.I needed it AROUND my elbow (width wise) rather than up and down my elbow (length wise)so as to cover the areas for my tennis elbow injury. So instead, I use just the wrap to hold a larger ice pack in place. Of course by wrapping a larger ice pack, the wrap does not have much room to accomodate for that, so you end up with less wrap to wrap around your elbow. I have just enough wrap to keep my larger ice pack in place (as long as I don't move around). I bought two, one for each elbow (tennis elbow in both arms). If you buy this product, just be aware that the ice pack is small.

It's unfortunate this product has what I would call a fatal flaw because it's very well made and fits exactly the way it's supposed to. They even included two ice packs and therein lies the problem. They are too thin and too small to adequately cover the afflicted area, in my case the elbow. And because they are too thin they don't stay cold very long and the results are largely unsatisfactory. I solved the problem by stuffing a larger ice pack into the pocket, but it's not perfect because some of hangs out and rubs against the skin. It's obvious a lot of thought went into the design and how they screwed this part up is beyond me.

Have used the large size through 7 foot surgeries. Excellent was to hold ice packs o feet.Purchased small for friend with foot surgery with very small foot. Excellent.

Very useful for many things - elbow, knee, etc. Use the pack hot or cold. Great value.
