Background: 49 yr old reviewer here, 99% sure I'm perimenopausal. Extremely high-stress, overly demanding job, frequently work 7 days a week. So I need as much energy and balance as I can get.I've tried many multivitamins. I cannot swallow large pills, so choices are limited. I genuinely feel that this vitamin works, I felt a difference when I stopped for about a week and started again. More energy, in general just a better feeling overall. Best tasting vitamin gummy I've found. First few seconds have that vitamin flavor, but that quickly disappears with fruit flavors which are pleasant. The texture is less squishy like most gummy vitamins, which I actually prefer. It reminds me of pate de fruit consistency. I think it's worth the price for both quality and the fact that I don't have to eat an unpalatable vitamin. And again, I feel the difference from other multivitamins I've taken.As other reviewers have stated, they do tend to stick together and can be difficult to get out of the bottle. My solution: gently bang the bottle on its side on a counter so that the gummies are on the side, not the bottom of the bottle. Store bottle sideways. This way the pile of gummies is shorter and tends to break apart more easily. Yes, I usually have to gently bang the bottle again to loosen them up, but I've find storing them sideways makes it easier. It's not ideal, but these vitamins are worth the effort.

This is a great and higly recommended vitamin by a licensed dietician and nutritionalist I know and follow. I just hate that EVERYTHING cost so much these days. Never the less, it is a good fortified vitamin. This brand is a great brand. I use their protein powder and my husband take the men's version of this vitamin. I'm ordering the Garden of Life B-Complex (Vitamin Code) next. Guess you gotta pay for quality and besides, it's chepaer than hospital bills and meds! Be pro-active about your health, your body will thank you.

I love my new vitamins they have all good for you organic ingredients they have a slight tart taste but i take them because i know they are good for me ,easy to chew.It says to take 4 a day so i take 2 in the morning with breakfast, 1 in the afternoon, and 1 at bedtime.The quality of this product is also good just read the ingredients and you will see.I will be buying every .month.

I feel better when I take them so I think they work well. I got sick of the taste really quick and think that could be improved. It would be nice if they had more minerals too.

Whole food vitamins that are vegan and chewable.A lot of gummies contain gelatin (comes from pigs or cows) but these don’t. They’re made from Whole Foods so I know what I’m ingesting. My body notices when I miss a day.They’re formulated for women over 40 which is nice too. They taste great and they don’t break the bank.
