Frost Giant Loki: A Fantasy Romance Adventure (Gods and Monsters)

I read this book in a day!!! It was... lip biting, knee bending, and toes curling good. Read this, and you will not be disappointed!

I loved that this book gives a background on the main character. Before plunging into the romance and seductiveness of the pure , tension and magic between Faith and Loki . Loved the storyline and lovedThe spicy scenes . Do I wish I can have the writer describe the ending with more detail (me trying not to spoil it ) absolutely! Love Loki and love this book . I read it one sitting !! Had me at moments giggling and smiling to myself . It just so cute and romantic .

It was short. To the point. And well written in my opinion. The spicy scenes were a thing of glory. And the plot twist near the end there was brilliant. If you leave off, and do not read the final chapter. It is a stand alone. But after finishing the epilog, ofcourse I need more of these great mythical beasts!

I really liked the chemistry between Faith and Loki. The historical information of the Vikings was also beautifully woven in through the story. But as fair warning, very steamy read!

Really enjoyed this book. Loved getting to learn more about Loki. Not just the trickster, master of illusion or the many with a sharp tongue. The king who helped his people flourish. I absolutely loved Faith's excitement and drive. Her attention to detail. I loved learning about the push that her professor gave her. WHO IS HER PROFESSOR?!? How does she know of Loki, of Jotenheim existence. What else does she know. What is driving her to lead these women to these once believed mythical men.

When it comes to the spicy scenes in this book it's pretty much straight up er*tica. The spicy moments don't flow as well as the world building or narrative. It's ridiculously fueled by insta-love, fated mates, fangirl fetishism, and sudden hormones.The spice happens VERY quickly, like as soon as the characters meet they're on each other. Its jarring. Like "Who put random p**n in a good story?" level of jarring. And it happens more than once. It happens twice in public. Ew.The story's conflict even gets pushed aside to make room for more smut in this novella. It was bizarre. I skipped a lot of it.Now, I like spice, but I'm a slow burn, emotional maturity, character development, and relational growth first type of reader. So the things they were doing and enthusiam in which Faith and Loki jump each other's bones doesn't work for me.But the character, story, and world building in this book was excellent. I just wish this would have would have been written more like a delicious Slow Burn, and not like a p**n with a plot fanfic.

I was scrolling through tik tok today (where I find pretty much ALL of my spicy books) and came across one about this book. I was intrigued and decided to look it up. I was excited it is available on Kindle Unlimited. Y'all I read this novella in ONE sitting!!! I definitely agree with the description of Ice Planet Barbarians meets Indians Jones!!! I'm a sucker for history and mythology so the fact that it has that plus spice makes me love this novella even more!! I definitely recommend this for those who love spice, history and are wanting something that is a short read! Super excited for the next one in the series based on Hades 👀

This is an amazing book. If you like the others and you love Loki you will really enjoy this book. It’s a mix of sweetness with that extra spice added to it. Must read for sure again and again

This story is beautifully crafted with both magical and historical elements that transport you to a completely different world. Falling in love with Loki is easy! Thank you for this beautiful story.

I could not put this book down and finished it in a few hours, extremely hot and bothered, wishing I had a cold blue giant to simmer me down.If I could give it more stars I wouldI can't wait to read the rest of these superhero/villain books, because these authors together, are on fire!*chefs kisses*

No plot at all. No suspense, no mystery, no build up. Really, really dull! They meet, they immediately want each other and have sex and that’s it. It’s full of things that don’t make sense just as the fact that Loki is literally double her height yet she has no issues climbing into his chair, his bed, onto his lap. They conveniently have clothes that for her and she of course speaks old Norse to be able to communicate with him and knows every single word she could possibly need. At least I didn’t pay any money for this.

For fans of Loki definitely a recommendation, but beware it’s not Marvels Loki. Descriptively very good and the story is original.Very spicy, I enjoyed reading it! Perhaps a bit too short to my liking, but you can’t have it all
