I've only had this for a day so I can't attest to its effectiveness as a supplement.However, the taste was NOT what I was expecting. For those who care about the taste, here is my best description of this gummy.Smell: Very sweet and tart with a medicinal twinge, similar to that of a cherry cough drop, but more tart.Taste: It does not taste like it smells. It is sweet and tart like a gummy should be, yes, but it has an almost grassy, medicinal, bitter smell-taste to it. Like the taste itself is amazing and fruity like expected if you close your nose, but the smell-taste does not match and is a bit strange. It's the kind of smell that may give some people a headache if they smelled it too long. It's almost a rubbery medicinal smell, or like burnt rubber mixed with grass. To be honest I could see how some people may acquire the taste for this as it isn't HORRIBLE, but it's not great either especially combined with how the gummies themselves smell and the flavor. That is the predominant smell-flavor and the predominant aftertaste. I personally am not a fan; I may continue to buy these if they do my body good, but not because I like the taste.Texture: Not quite as tough as a gummy bear, not quite as soft as those fruit snack gummies you give to kids. I love the texture actually, just the right amount of bite and chew without getting stuck to my teeth. Overall a very soft gummy.

Before purchasing, I read through both good reviews and bad. From both, it seemed maybe people had it mutually poor experiences but just hadn’t stuck with it long enough. So I thought if I had a bad experience, I would just need to stick it out.The gummies tasted so good that I looked forward to eating them everyday. I don’t like things that are overly sweet. These were the perfect flavor, sweetness level, and enjoyable chewy texture to me that felt like a treat but not a candy. The heart shape was also cute and added to the enjoyable experience of eating these.In the first few weeks of taking these, I gained a lot of weight. I am a small 96 lb 4’11” woman. My butt grew noticeably flabby and fatter, and my stomach grew too. My face stayed the same, which is part of how I realized it was the supplement causing the weight gain - whenever I do gain weight, I gain it in my face first and never in my legs or butt. My diet didn’t change. I was wondering what was going on with me until I realized it was the gummies.I became much more moody and emotional. It was hard to handle, but I thought if I could stick it out and make it over the adjustment hump, it would be worth it to not be so irritable and depressed every month before my period. I stuck it out for about 5 weeks and nothing improved. I finally decided to quit.These also messed up my period, which I had no idea could happen. I didn’t see any warnings or reviews sharing this. We had a big vacation planned. I had a normal monthly period prior to this supplement. But taking this interrupted my cycle. 10 days after my period ended, a new cycle started and lasted longer than my normal period. The following month, my period started early again and lasted 2 weeks - the entirety of our vacation and more. This month my period finally started on the correct day but lasted 10 days, which is long for me.I have continued feeling really empty and depressed and don’t know if it still has anything to do with the supplement but am planning to see a doctor. I already paid to see a doctor awhile ago to help my period get back on track after COVID messed it up (I basically had a nonstop period for a year after I got Covid.) So I am disappointed to have to go back to the doctor again. Also considering having my hormone levels checked after they seem to have been thrown out of whack when I took this supplement.I know most people seem to have a really good experience with this supplement and am so happy for those people. It seems like my experience isn’t common, but I want to share it because I wish I had seen a review like this when I ordered. I may have still tried it, but considered doing it at a different time (not around our vacation and holidays) and stopped sooner when it was having detrimental effects.
