RESHE4 in 1 High Waist Arm and Thigh Wast Trainer for Women, Sweat Band Waist Trimmer Plus Size

I wore this on my 3 mile walk today, it gave my back and middle a little extra support walking up hills. It is a little heavy and slightly bulky in spots but the added support I feel when wearing and sweat makes up for that.When I first got it I did let it air out from the package for about 24-48 hours for the rubber smell to dissipate, and now it's gone.I was a bit skeptical of the thigh part of it, but the velcro did stay on during my entire walk and there was more sweat there than without it.I will be wearing this on my walks from now on.Right now I weigh 199 pounds and a little thick in the middle and the 2x/3x size fits well with some tightening.

Perfect, but I kind of wish. All of it was a sauna so that I could sweat too, while trying to shake my stomach in my arms and in my legs.

I like how well this product works and how light weight it feels, what I dislike about it is the side leg parts where it connects it’s coming undone. Overall great product

If I could give 0 Stars I would. First, not as shown. The model has on black clothes so it looks like this will cover you...IT DOES NOT! It doesn't even fully cover your abdomen. There is a track of material that leads to your thighs and then a small strip, that is NOT as (top to bottom) long as your thigh. I ordered a 3/4x. The arm bands for a 3/4x are so small my 8 years old granddaughter could put it around her thigh - and she's a size 7/8 girls! There are no care instructions! If you sweat in it, you know you need to wash it! This is stitched so poorly that all the ripping begins at the stitched areas. You can see the Velcro pieces are so poorly stitched on, they separate as soon as you undo them. They say 'you get what you pay for' well I think the price is high enough that I should of gotten better!

I measured myself before buying and bought the one that my measurements were supposed to fit, but it came and it doesn’t fit the way I would have expected it to if it was true to size. It still WILL go around me it’s just really snug. It’s also ripping in certain places like the seams and the little Velcro piece that sticks to the fabric thingy, but again that could be because it’s not the correct size. However, this does work well at keeping me sucked in as well as making me sweat while I workout. I’m sure if the size was correct, it wouldn’t have ripped and I would have given it 5 stars, but because it ran small and ripped, I’m only giving it 3.

At first, I thought that this waist trainer was pretty good and I appreciated that it had attachments for thigh trainers. My cardiologist wanted me to buy this one because I need to have waist and thigh compression to support my low blood pressure. This really helped with that. However, I didn’t feel like the waist compression was that consistent because it kept rolling. The thigh compression was OK, though it left marks on my thighs and was uncomfortable after a while. My biggest complaint is that the material on the inside started to crack, peel, and then break altogether. I’ve only had it a few months. Massively disappointing.
