i order this nearly 5 months a go and could not start to use because i need to buy charger and controller which cost extra $100the upper part of the left hand did not work after second use.!

This device most absolutely works to tone the back of your arms.I was deciding to get in better shape but have some arm/hand problems and was kind of limited to what I could do in the gym or at home. I do exercise my arms but I was not getting such great results especially the triceps.So I took a chance on these.WOW! In about 2 weeks I started to notice a difference in the backs of my arms!I had to up the energy very slowly due to the problems mentioned above, but once I got past the early stages I have started to see a substantial improvement.I am feeling much more comfortable to wear sleeveless which says it all.I was so impressed I also bought the Abs product, which I love equally as well.

They don't tell you in the copy that it will not work without the activator. The device comes without the charging device that starts and stops the arm lift or butt lift - whichever part you purchase from this company. That costs an extra $80. No matter where you buy it, that's how BioMedical handles it. If you don't know about it, you open the box, take out the parts, ready to go and no power! Waste more time and money ordering this essential device. It's like ordering a can opener and not getting the plug that starts it working. So you pay $80 extra for the charger. Put this information in prominently where the customer can see it! Truth in advertising, please. Can't rate it till I can start it.

I used this on its highest setting nearly every morning for about 6 months. My triceps are now firm and don't wiggle. I can wear sleeveless tops again. The pads are a pain because they cause the machine to think that there is a connection problem. However they work well if I wipe them with an all natural baby wipe before I put them on my skin.

It works for me! I feel my muscles ache and tired after each used. That is how I know it works
