I love these. I plan to use them for armbands with my black & silver Flapper costume this Halloween.They seem to have the right elasticity to do so, but unsure I could use it on my thigh (probably would not fit).

Love them the cover up is kinda tight around the breast area but its super cute and sexy

Worth the money
These were a little big around for my arm but ended up fitting well once I had a long sleeve shirt on. If you have smaller arms just keep that in mind. But overall I think they were really good.

Disappointed: The bands have little elasticity in them and the gold portion is like a foil material. Felt and looked cheap.Usage: Roaring 20's themed event with gold and black color theme.
