Repackaged our turkeys. Even fit a 27 pounder. Used a straw to remove most of the air.

They work fantastic! I could package a 26lb turkey for sale and it looked as professional as it gets! Follow the directions and make sure that what you are dipping in is big enough. I used a steel trash can. My customers were impressed.

We've used these for Broad breasted white turkeys that are sold by weight. Our average turkey dressed out at 24lbs (26lbs was our largest) and all were difficult to place in the bag. However, the bags shrank and presented very well afterwards. Quality is great, very thick and durable. We vacuum out a little air before zip tying and then using hot water to shrink them. They do work with a heatgun, but can be easily burned through with the higher temperature.

Overall pretty good, our turkeys were enormous- dressed out over 30lbs- so these bags were a little hard to get them in to but it was largely my fault. I did not read the full directions that mentioned to cut a 1/4" slit over the breast area that you then cover with a sticker. Had I read that, I'm certain it would have been much easier to get them in the bags. Once in, the bags were very sturdy. We only had one out of 12 poke through at the neck where some bone was sticking out, totally not the bags fault. Definitely recommend, especially with more normal sized birds.
