I read the reviews before purchasing. Unfortunately, my Dell computer will not recognize the battery. I've tried to find a way to contact seller to find if there was something I can do so the computer will recognize battery, but I cannot find a way to contact seller. So I'm writing this very poor review in the hopes the seller will contact me.

Ordered and got it no problem. Fits the Dell Inspirion 5558 just fine. Worked for us a little under two years. For $30.00, that might be OK.

The battery on the Dell website that I needed was on backorder, so I tried one of the many "compatible" non-OEM batteries available on the Amazon website, saving a lot of cash in the process. It fit my Dell laptop perfectly, and also initially worked perfectly, but only for approximately two months... however, after I posted a review, Jhuixang contacted me and immediately sent a replacement - in fact they sent two as (my fault) the first one went to the wrong address. Excellent customer service.

After only one year has already lost most of the ability to hold a charge. Lasts about 10 minute at most. Past other batteries have lasted multiple years so I expected better.

Computer will not charge the battery after 3 months of use. We have over 5 Dell laptops in our office, and this is the newer battery, so I know it is not the charging cable or laptop issue.

I only had my battery maybe a week. At first it charged some. When I put it in to charge it now it says it's charging but then it stops. My charger is brand new and there is nothing wrong with it.
